HOW IT HAPPENED

- RMU outshot DU eight to six in the opening 45 minutes, but the Dukes put three on net as opposed to one for the Colonials.
- McKelvey stopped a point blank shot from RMU's Christian Coridon in the 51st minute. Two minutes later Jack Shearer took a cross from Manel Busquets and poked it in for the game's first goal.
- Busquets took an RMU turnover the length of the field and put it away from the right side in the 79th minute to make it a two-goal game
- With the win, the Dukes matched the school record for consecutive victories set in 2005 and matched in 2006.
- This is the first time since 2008 that Duquesne has gone through six matches without a defeat. The Dukes are the lone undefeated team remaining in the Atlantic 10.
- The win was DU's first at RMU since Sept. 23, 2009. The Dukes were 0-3-1 in their four previous matches in Moon Township.
- Duquesne has yet to surrender more than one goal in a game this season.
DUQUESNE HEAD COACH CHASE BROOKS
  Â
"This team plays with a lot of desire, a lot of heart.. They believe in themselves, our philosophy and our principles and when you have those things in place good things can happen. It took us a while to get our road legs in the first half, but once we did, we executed pretty well."
