HARMAR, Pa. – Duquesne picked up their first two victories of the season after defeating Oberlin 7-0 on Saturday and Carnegie Mellon 6-1 on Sunday.
Alex Mascioli led the way for the Dukes (2-2) by winning both singles matches in straight sets and both doubles matches with partner
Jared Isaacs all in convincing form.
Chris Corrao, Isaacs and Alejandro Rodriguez-Vital also won both of their singles matches in straight sets.
Dane Bendel only played singles against Oberlin and won in straight sets while
Drew Akins only played against CMU and outlasted his opponent in three sets.
Graham Conron won his singles match over Oberlin.
Akins and Conron each won both of their doubles and Corrao and Rodriguez-Vital were winners over Oberlin.
