Saldi spearheaded Duquesne's 6-0 showing at the second Northeast Conference regular season meet in York, PA. The rookie right-hander recorded a league-best 212.0 traditional game average over the course of six victories, helping lift the Dukes into first place atop the NEC standings. Averaging a conference-best 9.13 pins per first ball, Saldi filled frames at an 85.0 percent clip. She threw 33 strikes in 60 attempts (.550). Saldi, who posted team-high scores in four of the six traditional matches, eclipsed the 220-pin mark thrice during the two-day meet. The Keystone State product fired a collegiate career-high 242 game in a victory over No. 17 Fairleigh Dickinson. Saldi's 221 led the way in a win over St. Francis Brooklyn. Her 234-pin performance was a key factor in Duquesne's 986-969 triumph over St. Francis U in Sunday's final match.
