Elliott carried Duquesne to a second-place finish at the Mount Shootout. The first-year Duke averaged 19.69 pins per frame over the two-day event that featured challenging lane conditions. Elliott threw 44 strikes in 98 attempts (.449) on the way to a league-high .898 filled frames percentage. The freshman bowled exceptionally well during the traditional team portion of the tournament, accounting for a 204.2 game average to pace all competitors. She posted team-high scores in four of the five matches, including a 236-pin effort in a runaway win over Felician. In addition to earning the Mount Shootout MVP Award for her performance during traditional team matches, Elliott averaged 18.94 pins per baker frame.
