PITTSBURGH – The Duquesne women's soccer team looks to get back on track on Thursday night, when the Dukes (3-4-2, 1-2 A10) host Richmond (5-4-2, 2-1-0 A10) at Rooney Field. The match is slated for a 7:00 p.m. start on the Bluff. Fans that are unable to attend can watch on ESPN+

THE SERIES

•  The all-time series between the Dukes and Spiders is tied up at 7-7-1.
•  Duquesne won the latest contest, by a score of 1-0 at Rooney Filed on Sept. 29, 2016.
•  The Dukes own a 4-2-1 record against the Spiders in the Steel City. Duquesne has not lost to Richmond in Pittsburgh since Oct. 10, 2003.

• Last week, the Dukes fell to Davidson 2-0 on Thursday and dropped a 3-2 double-overtime contest to La Salle on Sunday.
• Deena DeBaldo recorded her seventh goal of the season against the Explorers. She is currently tied with for the conference lead with UMass' Melissa Kossler. The Fox Chapel native is tied for second in the A-10 with 15 points.
• The goal against the Explorers marks DeBaldo's fifth goal over the past four games. She is now tied for eighth with Erica Carey (2005) and Shannon Rengers (2005) for the most goals in a single season in program history.   
• Duquesne looks to remain undefeated at Rooney Field, with the Dukes holding a 3-0-1 record. The Dukes tied Loyola Marymount in the home opener, and have defeated Lehigh (2OT), Youngstown State and VCU in consecutive matches. At home, the Dukes have outscored its opponents by an 11-3 mark. Since the beginning of the 2017 season, Duquesne holds a 16-4-4 record at Rooney Field.
• The Spiders are coming off of a 1-0 win over Fordham and a 2-1 defeat in overtime to La Salle.
• Alyssa Walker leads the Spiders with six goals, and is tied with DeBaldo for second in the A-10 with 15 points on the season.
