Former Duquesne guard Jocelyn Floyd finished her third season as an assistant coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

The Crimson Hawks finished the 2017-18 season with a 30-4 overall record and advanced to the Division II Final Four for the first time in program history. IUP won the Atlantic Region Championship and finished as the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division regular season champions.

IUP's 30 victories was a program record, as was its .882 win percentage. The Crimson Hawks also tied the program record with 20 conference victories. They finished #3 in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) NCAA Division II Top 25 Coaches' Poll, the highest end-of-season ranking for IUP in the history of the program.

In her three seasons, IUP has a 75-20 record. IUP has qualified for the D-II tournament each year and was the 2017 PSAC champions.

The 2013 Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year led the NCAA with 149 steals her senior season. She was a two-time member of the A-10 All-Defensive team. Following her Duquesne career, she played overseas in Germany.
