Former Duquesne forward Ellen (Loui Hall) Guillard led Pittsburgh Allderdice to the 2018 Pittsburgh Public Schools Interscholastic Athletics Girls Basketball championship.

The Lady Dragons finished the season 15-10 overall and had a perfect 12-0 mark in City League play. The Dice won the City crown by defeating Westinghouse 49-43. Allderdice qualified for the PIAA Championship, but fell to Erie in the 6A District 8-10 sub-regional semifinal.

The 2007 Duquesne graduate finished her career with 1,349 points. After her Dukes career, she played overseas in England.
