AUSTIN, Texas — Duquesne ended its roadtrip with a 78-41 setback against #11/8 Texas on Thursday night.

Kadri-Ann Lass led the Dukes (0-2) with 12 points. Laia Sole pulled down six rebounds. Libby Bazelak added nine points.
 
Lashann Higgs scored 20 points and Jatarie White had a double-double of 10-and-10 for UT (1-0) who led 24-7 after one quarter and 57-23 entering the fourth.

• Lass passed Carol Burchlaw to move into 28^th place on Duquesne's all-time scoring list
• Chassidy Omogrosso was held scoreless for the first time since 12/01/16 at Fordham
