Feb. 29, 2016 NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Atlantic 10 Conference has announced that Kadri-Ann Lass has been named the league's Co-Player of the Week.
This marks the seventh time this season Lass has been honored by the conference, which is the most by any Duquesne player in program history.
Lass averaged 13.5 points per game and 8.0 rebounds per game while shooting 52.2% from the field in the Dukes' two games last week. She scored 18 points on 8-of-12 shooting with nine rebounds against La Salle. Lass added nine points and seven rebounds at St. Bonaventure.
Lass shares the award with Fordham's Lauren Holden.
Duquesne (25-4, 13-3 A-10) won a share of the regular season Atlantic 10 title. They will be the #3 seed at the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championship and will play either La Salle, Massachusetts or Fordham on Friday night at 7:00 p.m.
