WEEKEND RECAP: The Duquesne men's tennis team split their two matches this weekend. The Dukes fell to Dayton 6-1 on Friday before defeating George Mason 6-1 on Sunday.
The Dukes are now 4-3 overall and 1-1 in Atlantic 10 Conference play.
Against UD, Adam Blasinsky recorded the lone Dukes point with a 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 victory at #3 singles.
After a day off, Duquesne came out of the gates against George Mason by sweeping the double point. Harry Walshe and Corey Robinson were 6-4 winners at #1, Blasinsky and Chris Corrao won in a breaker 7-6 (9-7) at #2 and Dimitris Stavropoulos and Tim Kane were 6-2 winners at #3.
In singles, Robinson, Stavropoulos, Blasinsky, Corrao and Drew Akins were all victorious.
UP NEXT: Duquesne travels to western New York to face Binghamton on Feb. 19th.
