Senior point guard April Robinson has been voted HERO Sports D1 Women's Basketball HERO of the Week for the third week of the season.

Robinson, who was nominated after recording career-highs of 34 points (which included seven 3-pointers) and 11 rebounds, along with six assists and a steal in the championship game at the UNM Thanksgiving Tournament. Dukes were 78-69 winners over host New Mexico in a game played at WisePies Arena aka The Pit, one of the toughest venues in the country to play.

Robinson, who had 47.38% of the votes, edged out Oklahoma State's Brittney Martin by a single vote - 325-to-324.

Duquesne (8-1) is coming off a 95-59 victory over UMES will host Ohio University (5-2) on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. The Dukes look to extend their program-best 14-game home winning streak.
