February is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Duquesne women's basketball team selected Feb. 10th versus Richmond as their Play4Kay game when they host Richmond at 2:00 p.m. Additionally, the Dukes will celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day with a variety of activities in the Sihugo Green Gym featuring the Duquesne women's sports teams and Radio Disney beginning at 12:30 p.m. Help us Pink the Palumbo!

Coached by Michael Schafer in his 8th season at Richmond (137 107) ... 12-12, 2-6 on the season ... averaging 61.7 points per game while giving up 61.4 points per game ... leading scorer is Kristina King with 13.2 ppg. Leading rebounder was Genevieve Okoro with 11.0 rpg before being lost to a season-ending injury. Becca Wann currently leads active players with 7.8 rpg.
