Wednesday's Duquesne baseball game versus Akron was suspended after 3 1/2 innings due to rain with the game tied 1-1.

The umpires suspended play after the Zips batted in the top of the fourth, but after an hour of additional rain the decision was made to resume play at Akron on Wednesday, April 22. The Zips are already scheduled to host the Dukes in a 3 pm contest that day.

The Red and Blue will now head to Saint Louis where they will take on the Billikens in a three-game weekend series.
