Four Dukes Particiate at the Allegheny College Gator Invite

MEADVILLE - Four members of the Duquesne women's track & field team participated in the Allegheny College Gator Invite this weekend.

Katie Kelly took first place in the 3000m Steeplechase finishing over five seconds ahead of Slippery Rock's Raissa Weiss.

Sierra Larsuel took second in her flight in the long jump with a distance of 17-4.25.

Sydney Schwab's throw of 117-1.5 was seventh in her flight in the javelin and Kate Szymaszek was 17th in the 5000m crossing with a time of 18:57.81

Four Dukes will be competing in the ECAC Championships this weekend at Princeton, N.J. Charlene Garth, Erica Moody, Melissa Miller and Kathleen Parker will be representing DU.
