Duquesne's men's soccer team fell to visiting Buffalo, 1-0 Sunday afternoon on Rooney Field.

After a scoreless first half, the visiting Bulls found the back of the net in the 63rd minute for the only goal of the day. Both teams fired 12 shots, but UB managed five shots on goal to the Dukes one. Buffalo also led in corner kicks, 12-3.

Senior Drew Jeffery and sophomore Alex Trujillo each fired two shots while sophomore Patrick Finnegan made four saves in goal.

The Dukes will take a 12-day rest before opening Atlantic 10 play on Friday, Oct. 12 as they host Charlotte at 4:00 pm.
