The Duquesne University baseball team won its second game in a row and its sixth in the past nine outings with a 12-6 triumph Wednesday afternoon at Akron. Sophomore Brian Bernardo was 3-5 with three RBI while junior Aaron Janusey was 2-5 with three runs driven in.
The Dukes banged out 17 hits, one shy of their season-high, as six players had multiple-hits.

Junior Nick Jones pitched three hitless relief innings, struck out three and earned his first win of the season. Senior Matt Melillo started the contest, allowing just one run in two innings.
The Dukes return to action on Friday as they host Temple at 4:00 pm in game one of a three-game Atlantic 10 series.
