Box Score

After sitting in a Cincinnati hotel all day Saturday due to bad weather, the Duquesne baseball team returned to the diamond on Sunday and lost to host Xavier, 9-3.

Seven Dukes accounted for the team's eight hits, led by sophomore Bill Torre who was 2-4 with an RBI. Fellow sophomore Anthony Manley had the team's only other RBI.

The Red and Blue return home for 10 of their next 11 games beginning Tuesday, April 17 as the Dukes host Slippery Rock at 3:00 pm.
