Duquesne's baseball team ended a three-game skid by picking up a 6-4 victory over Harvard Saturday evening in Clearwater, FL.
Senior Jeff Naughton pitched 7 2/3 innings and struck out 11 Crimson batters to improve to 2-1 on the season. He scattered just six hits while allowing three earned runs. Junior Eric Morrison and sophomore Mike Carroll were both 1-4 with a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base. Junior Keith Meyer pitched a scoreless ninth inning and picked up his first collegiate save.
The Dukes wrap up their Florida trip tomorrow as they face Notre Dame at 11:00 am.
