Box Score

The Duquesne baseball team grabbed an early 1-0 lead over visiting Dayton Friday afternoon, but the Flyers scored three runs in the fifth inning and four in the sixth to take a 7-3 win over the Dukes.

Senior Steve Maiolo and sophomore Aaron Janusey each had two hits and an RBI while Janusey and sophomore Pat Kimutis had home runs.

Game two of the three-game Atlantic 10 series is scheduled for 1:00 pm Saturday.
