The Duquesne University baseball team swept a double-header from visiting Xavier Saturday afternoon, winning game one, 8-4 and coming from behind to take game two, 8-7.

In game one junior Scott Chisholm went the distance on the mound for the Red and Blue to earn his team-leading third victory of the season. Nolan Pena paced the offense, going 3-3 with a single, double, triple and three RBI.

Game two saw the Musketeers jump out to a 6-0 lead after two innings before senior Mike Grecco's three-run homer in the third cut the lead in half. Starting pitcher senior Bob Reifschneider settled down and allowed just one run over the next four innings as the Dukes cut the lead to 7-6 after six innings. Sophomore catcher Alex Sharick came in to pitch a scoreless seventh inning, leading to freshman Pat Kimutis' game-winning two-run single in the bottom of seventh.

Game three of the Atlantic 10 series will be played Sunday at noon at Duquesne Field.
