Box Score

The Duquesne University baseball team led for most of the game at Charlotte on Friday, but a 49ers run in the ninth inning and two in the 11th led to a 6-4 loss.

Freshman Bill Torre was 4-4 at the plate with two runs scored, two RBI and hit his first collegiate home run.

The Dukes will try it again tomorrow as they take on the Niners again at noon.
