Duquesne University baseball coach Mike Wilson recently announced that Paul Bugajski (North Huntingdon, PA/Norwin) has signed a national letter of intent to play for Duquesne in 2007.

Bugajski was 6-1 with a 1.25 ERA and 62 strikeouts in 50 innings in leading the Knights to a section championship. He was a member of the Tribune Review All-Star Team in 2005 as well as an All-Section choice in 2004 and 2005. Bugajski is also expected to play soccer at Duquesne. He was a First Team All-Section choice in 2004.

The Dukes open the 2006 slate on Feb. 24 as they travel to South Carolina to play the Gamecocks in a three-game weekend series.
