Duquesne University junior pitcher Bob Reifschneider (Lower Burrell, PA/Burrell) has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference's Pitcher of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday.

Reifschneider shut the door on Rhode Island in Kingston, RI on Sunday as the Dukes defeated the Rams, 7-0 to win two out of three games in the series. Reifschneider pitched the complete game, allowing just five hits while striking out seven to collect his first win of the season.

The Dukes (8-9, 2-1 A-10) will host Youngstown State, tomorrow, Tuesday, March 30 in their home opener at 3:00 pm at Duquesne Field.
