The Duquesne University baseball team evened its record at 4-4 with a 7-6 win over Valparaiso in Bradenton, FL.

Redshirt freshman Joe Berletic was 2-3 at the plate with three RBI while junior Mike Grecco had two hits, including a double. Walk-on Dave Knechtel collected his first collegiate win in relief, allowing just one run in two 2/3 innings.

The Dukes return to action tomorrow, Friday, March 12 as they face Vermont at 10:00 am.
