Duquesne's men's soccer team improved to 5-1-1 with a 4-0 blanking of visiting Canisius on Rooney Field.

Goals were scored by Steve Mellor, Dan Hartung, Brian Kolena and Derek Mackenzie while freshman Zach Varga posted his fourth shutout of the season.

The Dukes return to action on Friday, Oct. 3 as they open Atlantic 10 play at Fordham at 3:00 pm.
