Box Score

The baseball team lost another close contest, falling to Boston College, 1-0 Tuesday in Bradenton, FL. The game which started an hour and a half late due to weather/field conditions, was stopped after eight innings due to a pre-game agreement relating to time constraints.

Senior John Rieg led the Dukes with three singles while sophomore Bob Reifschneider suffered the loss, pitching five innings, allowing just one run and striking out six. Senior Chris Lewis pitched two scoreless innings in relief.

The Dukes return to action tomorrow, Wednesday, March 5 as they face the Pittsburgh Pirates at 10:00 am and then play Holy Cross at 3:00 pm.
