Duquesne's women's basketball team grabbed a 68-64 win over St. Joseph's Sunday afternooon at the Palumbo Center. The win over the A-10 East Division's number one team was the third straight for the Dukes and raised their conference record to 6-4 and their overall mark to 13-8. The Hawks, who suffered their first road loss in conference play, are now 14-8, 9-2 in the league.

The Dukes were led by junior guard Candace Futrell with 18 points while senior forward Beth Friday recorded her 46th career double-double with 13 points and 13 boards.

DU will travel to Richmond, VA for a match with the Spiders (15-7, 6-5) Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the Robins Center.
