Duquesne's ice hockey team split a pair of contests at the Duquesne Tournament, blanking Pitt, 6-0 on Saturday and bowing to IUP, 4-1 in the championship game on Sunday.

In the win over Pitt, Mike Papciak recorded a hat trick and added two assists while Clint Hazen posted the shutout. Mike Bender also scored two goals.

The Ice Dukes return to action this weekend as they travel to Towsend Saturday and Navy Sunday.
