Duquesne's men's soccer team won its Atlantic 10 opener, 2-0 at Fordham. The Dukes improve to 6-1-1 overall and are 1-0 in A-10 play. Freshman Noah Salsi scored the game's first goal on an assist from Scott Gibson in the 13th minute and assisted on Damien Pottinger's second-half goal. Freshman Zach Varga recorded his fifth shutout of the season.

The Dukes return to action on Sunday as they travel to La Salle for a 1:00 pm match.
