Budi Susanto enters his fourth season as Duquesne’s Director of Tennis in 2025–26, having been appointed to the role in August 2022. He oversees both the men's and women's tennis programs and is the 13th individual in program history to hold this position.

The 2024–25 season was a historic one for the Duquesne women’s tennis team, as they advanced to the quarterfinals of the Atlantic 10 Championship for the first time since the 2020–21 campaign. The Dukes secured a dominant 4-0 sweep over No. 11 seed George Mason to reach the milestone. Under the leadership of Susanto, the team posted an 11-8 overall record—tying for the most wins since the 2021–22 season—and went 5-1 in conference play, their best A-10 mark since the 2018–19 season (6). Individually, Kaya Rand earned her first career postseason recognition, being named to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team. On the men’s side, Duquesne secured a berth in the A-10 tournament, with standout Alfrendo Vogelaar earning CSC Academic All-District® Team honors.

In the 2023–24 season, Susanto guided the Duquesne men’s tennis team to the quarterfinals of the Atlantic 10 Championship, following a 4-1 win over No. 9 seed Fordham. The Dukes finished the year with an 8-12 overall record. On the women’s side, Duquesne posted a 7-13 mark. Individually, Kaipo Marshall led the way for the men's team, earning First Team All-Conference honors for the second consecutive season and securing a spot on the All-Academic Team. For the women, Daniela Latoni paced the Dukes by receiving Second Team All-Conference recognition for the second straight year.

In his first season on the Bluff, Susanto led both Duquesne tennis teams to .500 records and Atlantic 10 tournament appearances. The women’s team finished 9-9 overall with a 3-2 mark in conference play, while the men’s squad posted an 8-8 record. Susanto's debut season featured strong individual performances, with four players earning postseason honors. Kaipo Marshall was named First Team All-Conference, David Georgadze earned Second Team recognition, and Jin Dassanayake was selected to the A-10 All-Academic Team. On the women’s side, Daniela Latoni earned Second Team All-Conference honors.

Over his first three seasons on the Bluff, Budi Susanto has coached 17 student-athletes who have earned recognition on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team.
