- Ran in six meets including the Atlantic 10 Conference and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships
- Was fifth scorer for DU at NCAA regional race with a 33:19.1, a personal-best in the 10k
As a Sophomore (2022-23 – Cross Country)
- CSC Academic All-District
- Competed in six meets
- Ran a personal-best 10k in the NCAA regional race (33:24.8) as well as in the 5m at the A-10 Championships (26:03.6)
- Finished a season-best 7th at the Father Bede Invitational with a 19:36.5 in 3.73m
As a Freshman (2021-22)
Cross Country
- 124th out of 181 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships (33:56.9 - 10K)
- 72nd out of 127 at A-10 Championships (26:23.5 - 8K)
Track & Field
- Competed in eight meets primarily in the 800m and 1500m with appearances in the 3000m, 4x400m and 4x800m
- Ran the 1500m (4:05.18 / 23rd) and 4x800m relay at A-10 Championships
- Won the 3000m at RMU Mid-Week Bonanza (4/6) with an 8:47.23 PR
- Set personal-best in the 800m (1:56.70 in 2nd) and 1500m (3:57.25 in 4th) at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational (4/23)
- Was on winning 4x400m relay team at Saint Francis Red Flash Open (4/30)
Before Duquesne
- Competed at Westmont Hilltop for head coach Mike Harchick
- Two-time state medalist in track, two-time state medalist in cross country
- All-conference sophomore, junior, and senior year in cross country, all-conference freshman through junior year in track
- Also participated in soccer and hockey
