2021 Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team

As a Sophomore (2022)
  • Played in three games (at Michigan, vs. James Madison and vs. Howard) before seeing his season ended by injury.
  • Netted a goal in the 43rd minute of the 7-0 win over Howard.
  • Played a season-high 43 minutes vs. the Bison.
As a Freshman (2021)
  • Started all 18 games in which he played (missed the Oct. 6 match at VCU).
  • Finished the year with four goals and seven assists to finish tied for second on the team with Nate Dragisich and Zach Mowka with 15 points.
  • His seven assists, which tied for eighth-most in school history, were two shy of the school record shared by two players.
  • Found the back of the net vs. Robert Morris, at Kentucky, vs. George Washington and vs. St. Bonaventure.
  • Earned a spot on the 2021 Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team.
  • Assisted on Jaime Borjas’ game-winner in the 88th minute of DU’s dramatic 2-1 come-from-behind win at Saint Joseph’s in the first round of the A-10 Championship. Borjas’ goal was the second in just under three minutes for the Dukes who trailed 1-0 with 5:07 left.
  • Assisted on both goals (10’ & 59’) in DU’s 2-1 A-10 Championship semifinal win over Rhode Island.
  • Added a fourth A-10 Championship assist on Jayden Da’s goal in the 13th minute of the title game vs. Saint Louis.
  • His four assists and 1.33 assists/g. average were the best of any player at the A-10 Championship.
  • His first career goal was a golden goal that defeated Robert Morris, 3-2, in the 107th minute.
  • His second goal gave the Dukes a 1-0 lead (27’) in a 3-1 defeat at No. 17 Kentucky. Goodhew was just the second player to score against the Wildcats in UK’s first five matches.
  • His unassisted goal in the 49th minute proved to be the game-winner in a 3-1 victory over GW.
  • Totaled four shots in a game four times (vs. La Salle, at Davidson, vs. St. Bonaventure and vs. UMass).
  • Served a corner kick to the head of Jack Emanuel for DU’s goal in a 1-1 2OT tie at Davidson.
  • Posted his fourth goal in the 34th minute to give the Dukes a 1-0 lead in an eventual 2-1 win over St. Bonaventure.
  • Had a season-high three shots on goal at Dayton.
As a Freshman (Spring 2021)
  • Saw action in four matches with starts at home against Dayton (64 minutes) and at Saint Louis (68 minutes).
  • Had five shots on the season, including two each in the season opener at Pitt and season finale at Saint Louis.
  • Registered his lone shot on goal at home vs. Dayton.
Prior to Duquesne
  • Helped the Newcastle Jets to a National Youth League third place finish.
  • Represented Australia at 2019 U19 Asean Football Federation (AFF) Youth Championship in Vietnam.
  • Accompanied the Jets to the 2018 HKFC Citi Soccer Sevens at the Hong Kong Football Club.
  • Is a big fan of the sport of cricket.
