Tyler Padezan is in his second season on the Duquesne football staff and first as Running Backs Coach in 2026.
Padezan joined the staff in 2025 as an Offensive Quality Control and Assistant Wide Receivers Coach while pursuing a graduate degree on The Bluff, following five seasons as a member of the Red and Blue. As an assistant wide receivers coach, Padezan helped coach AP All-America Honorable Mention, Walter Payton Award finalist and First Team All-NEC wide receiver Joey Isabella in his final season. The offense ranked as the highest-scoring unit in the NEC, averaging more than 28 points per game. The Dukes also averaged more than 370 yards of total offense per game overall and 386 yards per game in conference play while leading the league in offensive efficiency.
A finance major and consistent NEC Academic Honor Roll selection, Padezan contributed on special teams and at wide receiver during his collegiate career. A two-time all-conference selection at nearby East Allegheny High School, he totaled more than 2,000 yards and 28 touchdowns during his prep career.
