Biography

As a Sophomore (2018)
  • Appeared in the last nine games of the season including three starts at corner
  • Finished with 13 tackles (11 solo)
  • Tallied five pass breakups on the year
  • Returned a team-high 11 kicks for 324 yards, averaging 29.45 yards per return
  • Recorded three kick returns for 127 yards in 28-24 win over Sacred Heart (11.10.18), including a 76-yard return on the opening kickoff leading to a touchdown
  • Finished with two kick returns for 87 yards at Hawaii (9.22.18), including a 69-yard return setting up a touchdown
  • Also returned two punts on the season
As a Freshman (2017)
  • Played in all 11 games for the Dukes including one start at Valparaiso (9.9.17) 
  • Finished his debut season with seven tackles (six solo) and three pass breakups
  • Recorded a pair of tackles in the season opener at No. 4 South Dakota State (8.31.17)
Personal
  • Was an all-state performer in both football and basketball at Aliquippa.
  • Helped the Quips to Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League football and basketball titles in 2015-16 marking just the 16th time in 103 years that the same school won both WPIAL championships in the same school year
  • Also helped Aliquippa to state championship game appearances in football (2015 & 2016) and basketball (2016)
  • Had 48 catches for 1,017 yards and 15 touchdowns as a receiver. also had two rushing and one passing TD
  • Returned two of his eight interceptions for touchdowns
  • Also returned a pair of punts for scores as a senior
  • Scored 22 points - all in the second half - and handed out seven assists in Aliquippa's (30-0) PIAA Class AA basketball state title win over Mastery Charter North
  • Was named Class 2A first team all-state in basketball by the Pennsylvania Sports Writers after averaging 18.5 ppg. as a senior
  • Also earned a spot on the 2015 Pennsylvania Football Writers' Class AA All-State football team as a receiver
  • With the WPIAL Class AA championship game against South Fayette tied and just over a minute remaining, he took a lateral pass and completed a 47-yard touchdown pass for the game-winning touchdown with 1:11 left to give Aliquippa its WPIAL-best 16th football championship. The win came over a South Fayette team that had won 44 games in a row
  • Spent a post-graduate season at Milford Academy (New Berlin, N.Y.) where he posted a pair of interceptions and broke up five passes for the 11-0 Falcons
