Kevin McCabe is in his second season working as an offensive assistant coach at Duquesne in 2020.
A 2003 graduate of Pine-Richland, McCabe played quarterback and threw for 4,347 yards and 51 touchdowns, leading the Rams to the WPIAL AAA Championship as a senior.
He went on to play at the University of Virginia and California (Pa.), where he tallied 3,214 passing yards with 32 touchdowns in leading the Vulcans to the NCAA Division II semifinals and a 12-2 record in 2008.
After a stint with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2009, McCabe went on to play in the Arena Football League for the Cleveland Gladiators in 2010 and for the Pittsburgh Power in 2010-11.
He is also a regional sales manager for Come Ready Nutrition in Wexford.
McCabe and his wife Stephanie have two daughters, Quinn and Anna Faye.
