Duquesne Alumni, Amanda Haeg, begins her fifth year on the Bluff as the head athletic trainer for the Women's Soccer and men's and women's indoor/outdoor track & field teams.
While earning her bachelor's degree in athletic training from Duquesne University in 2007, Haeg was a four year member of the Duquesne Volleyball team and as a thrower for the track and field team for two seasons.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree, Haeg went on to earn a master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania in 2008. She is also certified as a performance enhancement specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
The Minnesota native is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and is also in her fifth season as a member of the Pittsburgh Passion women's football team.
