As a Freshman (2019-20)
- Posted personal best time in 200-yard freestyle with a mark of 1:54.50 at the 2020 Atlantic 10 Championship
- Placed sixth in 400-yard freestyle relay (3:40.62), seventh in the 100-yard freestyle (53.76) and 10th in the 200-yard medley relay (1:51.38) at the Western Pennsylvania Invitational
Before Duquesne
- Swam at North Allegheny for head coach Patrick Wenzel
- Helped Tigers to four WPIAL titles, their 11th-straight overall in 2019
- Won two consecutive WPIAL gold medals in 400 free relay
- Was part of NA's 200 freestyle relay team which finished seventh at 2019 PIAA state championship meet
- Also swam for Allegheny North Swim Club

- Daughter of Maria and Kevin Flavin
- Has a twin sister (Kaleigh)
- Comes from a very athletic family as her father (Kevin) played soccer at Texas Tech, grandfather (John S. Henry II) played basketball at Texas A&M, uncles (Jim and John Henry), aunt (Wendy Wells Henry) and cousin (Hayden Henry) swam at Texas, uncle (Patrick Henry) swam and was on the water polo team at Texas A&M, aunt (Elizabeth Henry Baize) swam at Texas A&M, aunt (Heather Hoskins Henry) swam at Kansas, cousin (Savannah Henry) swam at Southern Illinois and cousin (Noah Henry) swims at Arizona State
- Was a member of the North Allegheny Strolling Strings Orchestra, playing the violin and volunteered at Children's Hospital
- Was also an Irish Dancer for seven years
