Biography


As a Freshman (2019-20)
  • Played in 23 games, including 11 Atlantic 10 contests.
  • Missed the exhibition game at West Virginia while recovering from a hip injury. Made his DU debut in the opener vs. Princeton.
  • Hit a pair of free throws with 17 seconds left to give DU a 72-71 lead in the 74-71 win over Indiana State at the Junkanoo Jam. DU hadn’t led since the 1:54 mark of the first half prior to Miller’s makes.
  • Followed that with eight points (2-of-3 from 3-point) vs. Air Force.
  • Made his first career start in place of Maceo Austin (sick) at Fordham.

High School
  • Averaged 20.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.0 steals per game for a Seton Hall Prep team that rallied from a 7-6 start to finish 19-8.
  • SHP finished the season ranked No. 18 in the NJ.com Top 20.
  • Saved his best for last in averaging 25.8 points in five Essex County and North Jersey Non-Public A tournament games.
  • Finished his career tied for tenth on Seton Hill Prep’s all-time scoring list with 1,220 points. Nine hundred and ninety-one of his points came in his junior (465) and senior (526) seasons.
  • Named third team all-state by NJ Advance Media.
  • Earned first team American Division Super Essex Conference.
  • Scored a career high 31 points in a first round win over Pingry in the NJSIAA North Jersey Non-Public “A” state tournament. Followed that with 29 points in a season-ending quarterfinal loss to St. Joseph.
  • Averaged 17.2 points and handed out 129 assists for a 24-3 team as a junior.
  • Made 50 3-pointers as a senior and 37 as a junior.
  • Was a 76 percent career free throw shooter.
  • Averaged 12.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.7 steals per game for his high school career.
