Pittsburgh, Pa. – Junior Sierra Snow of the Duquesne swimming and diving team will compete in the 2026 Toyota National Championships on Wednesday, July 29, at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center in Irvine, California.

A native of Ijamsville, Maryland, Snow is slated to compete in the 200-meter backstroke, with preliminary heats scheduled for 10:52 a.m. ET. If she advances, the event finals will take place at 7:05 p.m. ET. Fans can watch all sessions of the championships live on USA Swimming's YouTube channel.

Snow enters Wednesday's competition following one of the most accomplished seasons in Duquesne program history. The junior claimed a pair of individual Atlantic 10 championships, winning the 500-yard freestyle in a school-record time of 4:45.77 before capturing the conference title in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 1:55.15.

A key contributor to the Dukes' success throughout the season, Snow also helped Duquesne win the Atlantic 10 title in the 800-yard freestyle relay while earning a silver medal in the 100-yard backstroke and a bronze medal as a member of the 400-yard medley relay. She was also part of the 200-yard medley relay that set a new school record with a time of 1:40.40.

Snow has cemented her place among the program's all-time greats, holding the school record in the 500-yard freestyle while ranking second all-time in the 200-yard backstroke, third in the 100-yard backstroke and sixth in the 200-yard freestyle.

Her success extended beyond the conference championships. Snow placed sixth in the 200-yard backstroke at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship and finished ninth in the event at the Toyota U.S. Open Championships. During the regular season, she also earned victories in the 200-yard backstroke at both the WVU Invitational and the tri-meet against West Virginia and Villanova.
