Acrobatics & Tumbling Sets 2027 Schedule

10/13/2026 3:00:00 PM

Pittsburgh, Pa. – The Duquesne University acrobatics and tumbling team has announced its schedule for the 2027 season, the third in program history, as the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) unveiled its full slate Tuesday.

The Dukes will host four meets as part of their six-meet schedule, opening the season with back-to-back home contests against Saint Leo on Feb. 7 and Canisius on Feb. 14. Both meets are scheduled for 3 p.m. at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.

Duquesne begins its road schedule with a trip to Springfield, Missouri, to face Missouri State on Feb. 28 before traveling to La Salle on March 25. A home meet against Augustana middles the two road trips before closing the regular season at home against Gannon on April 8.

Three of Duquesne's four home opponents finished among the NCATA's top 10 last season.

Last season, Duquesne made history in just its second year as a program, earning the No. 8 seed in the NCATA National Championship tournament. The Dukes also qualified four events for the NCATA individual event finals, highlighted by Lindsay Kivlan's national title in open tumbling. Kivlan became the first individual national champion in any sport in Duquesne athletics history.

The inaugural NCAA National Collegiate Championship will be April 22-25. All home meets are free admission and are held at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.
