Season Results

- Eight of the 19 competitors Friday will make their collegiate debuts: Bajgoric, Cresta, Schmidt, Steiner, Brozeski, Costa, Faber and Seddon.
- Duquesne returns one Atlantic 10 medalist from last season in Eva Leatherman, who earned silver on the 4x400m relay. She is the lone returner from that relay squad.
- Two school record holders are back after rewriting the record book last season:
- Junior Anna Rorrer enters the year with the No. 5 all-time mark in the 60m hurdles, while Gina Bolla holds the No. 5 spot on the Duquesne indoor 5000m list. Bolla was an ECAC Indoor qualifier a year ago.
- Sophomore Rose Kuchera returns after a standout rookie indoor campaign that included a fourth-place finish in the triple jump at A-10 Indoors, two indoor Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors, and the No. 4 indoor triple jump mark in program history.
- Senior Madelyn Moretti begins the season No. 2 on the indoor shot put list. She owns the outdoor school record and will look to climb the indoor leaderboard this winter.
COACH ALLEN JOINS THE STAFF
- Six-time Atlantic 10 medalist and seven-time ECAC qualifier Amy Allen enters her first season as an assistant coach after concluding a distinguished Dukes career.
- Head coach Jeff Gibson enters his fifth season at the helm. He is joined by: Shannon Taub – Jumps/Multis/Throws (6th season), Brian Reed – Sprints/Hurdles/Relays (11th season), Jim Spisak – Distance (3rd season).
