PITTSBURGH – Duquesne freshman
Kadence Ribbink is set to compete in the 2025 World Triathlon Junior Championships, scheduled for Friday, Oct. 17, in Wollongong, Australia.

According to World Triathlon, she has made 30 career starts in World Triathlon events, earning 19 podium finishes and eight victories — including a win at the 2025 Junior Africa Triathlon Championships.
The World Junior Championships will be contested over the sprint distance, featuring a one-lap 750-meter swim, a four-lap 20-kilometer bike, and a two-lap 5-kilometer run. The junior women's race is scheduled to begin at 1:15 a.m. ET (4:15 p.m. local time).
