PITTSBURGH -- Duquesne University Athletics has posted another noteworthy semester in the classroom, combining for a 3.42 department GPA for the fall 2023 semester across 18 intercollegiate teams and nearly 500 student athletes.

Seventeen of the 18 teams earned a 3.0 GPA or better paced by the women's tennis team at 3.78. Tennis also led the way on the men's side with a 3.63 GPA.

Duquesne had 59 student-athletes record a 4.0 GPA, while nearly half of the 480 Dukes were at 3.5 or better, and over 70% eclipsed the 3.0 mark on the Vice President of Athletics' Honor Roll.
