Duquesne (2-5-2, 0-0-1) got goals from
Manel Busquets (49') and

Austin Stout - to battle back from a 2-0 halftime deficit to tie Saint Joseph's (6-3-1, 0-0-1) in the Atlantic 10 opener for both schools at Rooney Field. The Dukes, who outshot the Hawks 24-6, complete the nonconference portion of the schedule on Tuesday night against Cleveland State (7:00 p.m.).
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Saint Joseph's Ritchie Barry opened the scoring with a goal in the 12th minute. Barry ran down a long pass from Alvin Dahn, beat DU keeper Robbie McKelvey to the ball at the top of the box, and poked it in the right side for his fourth goal of the season.

DUQUESNE HEAD COACH CHASE BROOKS
 Â
"It was a tale of two halves tonight. In the second half, the boys really came out with the energy that we needed and that's what it takes in the Atlantic 10. Every game is a fight, every game is going to be a battle, we've got to represent who Duquesne is for 90 minutes. It was really nice to see our guys respond the way they did, it was a tough earned point but we will take it and move forward."
