QUICK RECAP:
Fordham scored five times, including three times in a five-minute span of the second half, to end Duquesne's school-record streak of shutouts at seven in a 5-0 Rams win at Jack Coffey Field. Fordham wasted little time in ending the shutout streak when Eric Ohlendorf - who finished the night with two goals - took a cross from Jannik Loebe and found the back of the net in the third minute. Ohlendorf's goal was the first surrendered by the Dukes in 750 minutes dating back to a 2-1 win over Wofford on Sept. 9. The Rams made it 2-0 when Janos Loebe scored on a chip from 17 yards out in the 34th minute. Jannik Loebe started the game-deciding second half outburst with a header off a cross to make it 3-0. Ohlendorf followed with his second goal in the 78th minute and Matthew Lewis ended the run with Fordham's third-straight goal off a header one minute later. Fordham outshot Duquesne 13-6, including 7-3 on goal. George Poppas had two of the Dukes' three shots on net. Rashid Nuhu earned the shutout for Fordham. Evan Kozlowski finished with a pair of saves for DU.

DUQUESNE HEAD COACH Chase Brooks:
"A team's overall record, or whatever positive or negative streak that they are on, mean absolutely nothing if you don't show up and put in the work. Fordham out worked us in every area of the game tonight and they fully deserve the win. I hope our guys learned something because we were certainly taught a lesson."
