QUICK RECAP: The Duquesne volleyball team dropped both matches in the final day of the Queen City Classic. The Dukes lost a hard fought match with former Atlantic 10 rival Xavier 3-2 to open the day and dropped a 3-1 decision to UC Irvine to close out the event. Against XU, Arielle Love had a team-high 13 kills, Mary Henry had 38 assists and Sammy Kline recorded a match-high 19 digs. Lacey Levers had a team-high 11 kills and hit .688 against UCI.

UP NEXT: The Dukes' home opener is Friday morning at 11a.m. against UMass-Lowell in the annual Duquesne/Robert Morris Invitational. The Dukes will also play Indiana State on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and Youngstown State on Saturday at 7:00 p.m.
