QUICK RECAP: The Duquesne women's soccer fell to Massachusetts 2-0 on Sunday afternoon in Amherst. The Minutewomen jumped out to an early lead as Natalie Perussault's shot was stopped by Dukes keeper Devon Tabata, but Jackie Bruno rebounded the shot for a goal in the 5th minute. In the 31st minute, Perussault scored on a cross from Megan.
The Dukes fired 14 shots at UMass keeper Danielle Kriscenski, but could not find the back of the net. For the match, Duquesne outshot Massachusetts 16-5. Linnea Faccenda and Cydney Staton each had three shots.
