QUICK RECAP: Coming off a career-high 19 kills on Wednesday, Lacey Levers led all players with 13 kills in Duquesne's 3-0 victory over La Salle on Saturday afternoon. Liis Kullerkann added 10 kills, Sammy Kline recorded 16 digs and Mary Henry 35 assists in the win.

Aided by four kills from Love and three from Levers, Duquesne took a 12-7 lead in the 1st set, forcing a La Salle timeout. An ace from Kline gave the Dukes a 10-point lead at 19-9. Love ended the set with her sixth kill of the match, giving the Dukes a 25-13 win.

With the 2nd set tied at 7-7, the Dukes won the next four points, making the score 11-7. The Explorers would come back, getting within one point of tying the set at 13-12. Duquesne would win seven of the next eight points, making the score 20-13. Molly Davet ended the set with a kill, giving the Dukes a25-16 win and a 2-0 match lead.

Love's eighth kill of the match tied the score at 6-6 in the 3rd set. It was also her 950th of her career. This started the Dukes on a 5-1 run, giving them an 11-7 lead. The Dukes lead would get as high as eight points at 20-12. However, the Explorers would score four straight points to cut the deficit to four points at 20-16. Duquesne would hold off any momentum and ended the match on a La Salle hitting error.
