CINCINNATI - The Duquesne volleyball team suffered its first Atlantic 10 Conference loss on Friday night at the hands of Xavier 3-0. The set scores were 25-20, 25-17, 25-12.

Sara Scheirman was the only Duquesne player who had double-digit kills with 11. She also led the team with 13 digs.

The Dukes stay on the road to face Dayton on Saturday night. Match time is at 7:00 p.m.
