Volleyball Falls to #23 Saint Louis 3-0

PITTSBURGH - The Duquesne volleyball team was shutout by #23 Saint Louis 3-0 (25-18, 25-10, 25-13) on Thursday night. With the loss, the Dukes fall to 15-11 overall and 3-7 in the Atlantic 10 Conference.

Brittany Poling led DU with eight kills, Amy Palko had a team-best 15 digs and Sarah Svorinic's 17 assists was team-high for Duquesne who dropped their fifth consecutive conference game.

The Dukes hope to rebound tomorrow night as they host Rhode Island at 7:00 p.m. Senior Amanda Humphrey will be honored in a pre-match ceremony.
